SUMMARY - Outside Staff - Club House / Building and Grounds
Expected Start Date: Late March/Early April - Weather Dependent
This is a Part Time position with Full Time potential. Pay increase with proven work ethic.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- This is an outside position. Ability to work in adverse weather conditions a must.
- Maintain all entrances, walkways, practice areas, and parking lot.
- Landscape maintenance. Mulch and/or grass, mowing, flower beds, watering, Leveling of dirt, sand or gravel.
- Pressure wash various areas and items as needed.
- Trash removal
- Assist Food and Beverage as needed.
- Assist all NorthStar staff as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Ability to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities and assignments.
- Must be highly service focused with a desire to maintain private golf course appearance and expectations.
- Demonstrated initiative – ability to think, work, and make decisions to solve problems.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment where continuous improvement is expected.
- Must be able to consistently achieve high work standards; attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness a must.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions as to course of action.

- Lift, reach, bend, twist, push, pull, squat, grasp and use arm-hand coordination on a consistent basis. Utilize various landscape tools, shovels rakes and wheel barrels.
- Have the ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally.
- Be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for continuous periods of time.
