What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clarion Pointe Breakfast Attendant position at NorthStar Hospitality?
NorthStar Hospitality is looking for a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Assemble the breakfast buffet before mealtime and disassemble afterwards
- Ensure buffet remains well stocked at all times
- Receive beverage orders and direct to kitchen if needed
- Provide guests with condiments upon request
- Clear cutlery and crockery from guests tables
- Resolve guests’ queries and complaints
- Ensure guests vacate the breakfast area by close of meal service
- Clean and sanitize tables and countertops after each meal service
Skills:
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Sound knowledge of food and safety guidelines
- Ability to work shifts, over weekends and holidays as needed
