Job Description

Contacts and schedules patient/client’s appointments for consultations, meetings with community agencies and/or diagnostic tests. Sets-up and maintains files and records. Collects and organizes statistical reports.

Job Responsibility

• Contacts patients; schedules appointments for consultations, agency meetings and/or diagnostic tests.
• Collects and organizes data required for statistical reports and completes reports, as required.
• Attends and participates in meetings as appropriate.
• Sets-up files and maintains records.
• Provides incoming and in-process orientation.
• Based on position, may be required to provide bi-lingual translation and/or guidance.
• Provides basic education on HIV and STI prevention (training will be provided).
• Works outdoors for face-to-face community engagement. 
• Drives company vehicle as needed.

Job Qualification

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience, required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, highly preferred. 
• Prior experience working with the LGBTQIA and MSM population, highly preferred.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Ability to work some nights and weekends.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License.
