Northwest Bank is seeking an individual with strong customer service experience and previous teller experience to join our Video Teller Team located in Muncie, Indiana!
Our Video Tellers:
- Provide excellent service and expand relationships with customers through the use of the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM)
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and make appropriate referrals to other areas within Northwestt
- Resolve complex and non-routine inquiries concerning Northwest policy and operating procedures
Preferred Work Experience:
- Customer Service Experience
- Bank-Related Operational Support Experience
- Sales Experience and Previous Teller Experience
- Computer and Technology Experience
Preferred Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Northwest Bank offers Video Teller services Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM.
We offer a shift differential for hours worked after 5:00 PM.
