Job Purpose : Engage with new construction customers in an assigned territory to explain termite warranties and sell additional services* Exceed budgets including monthly sales and passing, phone calls and customer home visits* Create daily schedule based upon new construction needs* Ensure completion of documentation to align with Northwest standards* Communicate value of service and transition prospects to Northwest customers* Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers including service centers and sales agents via networking* Attend all Northwest continuing education programs to enhance your daily performance* Complete additional duties pertaining to sales and retention as needed* Keeps a Safety-First mindset, including when operating company equipment and company vehicle Expectations : THE NORTHWEST WAY Serves as a NW Brand Ambassador, always focusing on the highest level of professionalism and image standards CUSTOMERS FIRST With all we do, begin and end with the customer in mind.
