Job Purpose:
- Builds strong relationships with internal and external customers to create "Customers for Life”
- Responsible for the day to day operations of a Wildlife Service Route:
- Performs exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations
- Sets up and builds exclusion traps, cuts flashing and forms hardware cloth to specifications
- Works in a safety harness from roof tops as needed in the performance of exclusion services and wildlife removal
- Removes animals trapped in exclusion devices
- Maintains service equipment and vehicle in clean and proper operating condition
- Maintains knowledge of federal, state and local regulations regarding exclusion and removal work.
- Performs basic repair work on areas that animals have damaged using hand tools, power tools, sheet metal, and screening
- Follows a service scheduled within an assigned territory ensuring safe and timely arrival at each customer’s location
- Educates and sells customers on wildlife services and reaches or exceeds monthly sales goals assigned by manager
- Partners with internal groups such as customer service, sales, fellow service professionals, and management to ensure extraordinary customer service
- Other duties as assigned
- Keeps a Safety First mindset, including when operating company equipment and company vehicle

Requirements:
We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Able to lift and move ladders larger than 32 foot, and climb 60 feet
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
