BLS - Basic Life Support (required within 30 days)

Unit Specific Information
Patient to nurse ratio typically 1 : 4, may increase to 1 : 5 based on acuity.
If floated to non-telemetry med-surg unit, patient ratio is 1 : 6.

Patient ratios : 4-5 based on patient acuity.
Float required : Yes.
Scrubs : Navy Blue.
