What are the responsibilities and job description for the Travel and Workforce Coordinator position at Northwest Louisiana Technical Community College?
The Travel and Workforce Coordinator is a full time position reporting to the Vice-Chancellor of Finance.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all travel arrangements for the college.
- Complete all workforce billing for the college.
Qualifications and Experience to apply:
A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience is required.
Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Experience working in an accounting department is required.
Must be a self starter.
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must possess good interpersonal skills.
Must possess excellent organizational decision-making skills.
Demonstrated computer proficiency (word processing, spreadsheet, and database systems).
Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Ability to work collaboratively, harmoniously and cooperatively with colleagues, faculty and staff.
Additional Requirements:
A valid Louisiana Driver’s License Proof of motor vehicle insurance
