Qualifications
Experience in medical / dental scheduling
Experience with Electronic Health Records
Knowledge of routine office procedures
Computer Skills and the ability to use a variety of software applications efficiently
Exceptional Customer Services skills including telephone skills (pleasant, professional, clear and concise communication)
Bilingual a plus
