Patient Service Representatives (PSR) are the first point of contact for patients and are the face of our practice. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities, and have strong commitment to customer service. Our PSR duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet and check out each patient and/or visitor to NWN with a smile and helpful attitude
- Schedule follow-up appointments and requested testing
- Provide our patient with appropriate paperwork, assist as needed
- Collect co-pays and balances on the account
- Verify and collect updated demographic information and enter accurately into practice software
- Keep the waiting room presentable
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience in a medical office setting preferred
