Position Overview:

Northwest Permanente, P.C., is seeking a Pulmonary Critical Care physician for an immediately available full-time position. You will have the chance to practice in an environment that offers a comprehensive network of support services and ample opportunities to pursue your professional interests in the Kaiser healthcare system.

$422,000 to $517,000 – Projected Annual Total Rewards Value* 

  • Salary: $346,600 to $393,900 depending on experience and qualifications
  • 21% employer contribution to retirement programs, including pension (This is not a match; NWP contributes an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement programs regardless of employee contribution)
  • 90% employer paid health plan
  • Paid annual education leave $2,000 annual education allowance

Required Qualifications/Position Description:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible Pulmonary Critical Care Physician
  • This position will be primarily based out of Kaiser Westside Medical Center, though inpatient work will be delivered at both Sunnyside and Westside Medical Centers
  • Clinic site would be at Westside Medical Center, as well as potential secondary clinic site in Salem
  • You must be ABIM certified or eligible
  • Other qualifications include: BLS and ACLS (AHA only)
