This role is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to make a valuable contribution to our team. **Responsibilities** - Read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and specifications to ensure accurate installation of fixtures and materials. - Conduct site assessments to determine the best installation methods and materials for the specific job. - Operate heavy equipment and hand tools to complete installation tasks efficiently and effectively. - Perform door hanging, fixture installation, and other installation tasks as required. - Collaborate with construction management and other tradespeople to ensure a smooth installation process. - Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all installations meet safety and quality standards. - Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to safety guidelines and best practices. **Qualifications** - Proven experience in construction management, including construction estimating and project coordination. - Knowledge of various installation techniques, including concrete finishing and stucco. - Experience with heavy equipment operation and hand tools. - Ability to interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and specifications. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - A commitment to safety and quality standards. - Experience with fixture installation and door hanging is a plus.
