Credit Analyst
Northwestern Bank, a proud member of the Chippewa Valley community since 1904, is currently seeking a full-time, experienced Credit Analyst.

Job duties include:
Collect, analyze, and interpret customer financial information regarding income, assets, investments, debt, and cash flow to help determine which credit structures will best meet the needs of our customers and to analyze risk
Communicate with customers to gather all needed information and detail
Prepare spreadsheets and written reports for presentation at weekly Loan Officer Committee meetings
Collaborate with Loan Officers in the preparation of loan write ups and the ordering of credit bureaus, appraisals, title insurance, and flood determinations; provides appropriate recommendation on credits.
Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly management reports
The ideal candidate will be joining an experienced lending team with very complicated and substantial loan portfolios and can have an immediate impact on the team and bank. Applicants should have a degree in Finance or Accounting, with at least 2-3 years’ experience in banking as a Credit Analyst with strong leadership skills.
