Admissions Counselor

Northwestern College has an opening for two full-time admissions counselors. Responsibilities include strategic communication (in-person, phone, email, text, etc.), traveling to visit students and schools, and providing exceptional hospitality during on-campus recruitment events, including group and individual visits.

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. An ideal candidate will exhibit our Team Red values (relational, energized, driven) and be organized and able to speak and write well. Knowledge of and commitment to Christian higher education is expected.

The successful candidate will have an authentic Christian faith and support the college’s mission and identity as expressed in our Vision for Learning, Vision for Diversity and Statement of Christian Identity.
