Our Behavior Support Team is seeking an energetic candidate to provide support for individuals with emotional and behavioral issues within the community and at our 24/7 staffed residential setting in Berkshire, VT.
Ideal candidates should have:
- A positive attitude and strong and supportive presence
- Willingness to engage individuals with therapeutic interventions
- The ability to provide a highly structured, consistent, predictable and therapeutic environment.
Prior experience working with people who have developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities and/or mental health conditions is a plus and experience working with individuals who display significant behavioral changes in residential and community settings, or more structured therapeutic settings is preferred.
