This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter located in Boca Raton, FL. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, coordinating and participating in job fairs and recruitment events, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
