Job Overview :

As a Houseperson, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our property's public and private spaces. Your attention to detail and commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests will contribute to the overall success of our esteemed Relais & Chteaux property.

Responsibilities :

• Housekeeping Support : Assist the housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Linen and Supplies : Ensure the timely delivery of clean linens, towels, and amenities to designated areas.
• Public Area Maintenance : Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of public spaces, including lounges, lobbies, and corridors.
• Event Support : Set up and break down event spaces, collaborating with the events team to ensure seamless execution.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to provide support as needed.
• Guest Interaction : Be responsive to guest requests and assist with any additional requirements to enhance their stay.
