The ideal candidate will be a change agent with proven leadership skills and transition experience. Candidate will posses prior nurse management experience, strong clinical background, proven ability to lead teams, a success track in implementation of systems, maintenance of regulatory of compliance with both state and federal regulations, and insight in respect to recruitment and retention.
