Business Application Systems Analyst - Specialist, IS Enterprise Services

This position's responsibilities include functioning at the highest technical and or functional level developing strategies for application acquisitions/upgrades/maintenance and support. Define and document the conceptual/abstract building blocks that lead to a comprehensive system level enterprise architecture. Well versed with technology solutions and can make effective recommendations on technology to increase process efficiency. Function as a strategist solving business problems for all systems supported and maintained by the Enterprise Systems team. The position requires a high degree of knowledge of enterprise systems and its processes. The position advises on hardware and software needs of the systems as well as coordinates the deployment of software and hardware with other teams internal to I.S. and vendors. The position makes recommendations for new software and system implementations to maintain an efficient architecture.

You may be asked to complete training at a Norton Healthcare facility or be able to come to a Norton Healthcare facility for business purposes.  Employees in this role must reside in Kentucky, Indiana, Missouri. Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina and South Carolina**

Required:

• With Required Degree: Five years supporting and maintaining enterprise applications, supporting web-based solutions, managing and leading projects, and utilizing reporting tools.
• Without Required Degree: Nine years supporting and maintaining enterprise applications, supporting web-based solutions, managing and leading projects, and utilizing reporting tools.
• Bachelor Degree See Experience

Desired:

• Five years progressive project management and development of healthcare applications
• Master Degree See Experience
