Responsibilities
This position will organize, manage, and direct the daily operations of our healthcare campuses including work requests and projects within the facilities. In addition, this position will provide customer coordination, project estimation, and scheduling work to accomplish completion, by both in-house and contractor personnel, all in a safe, cost effective, and customer-friendly manner. Reporting of work order completion, Project Managers and project status is required.
Qualifications
Required:
- With Bachelor Degree: Three years leadership in facility management
- Without Required Degree: Seven years leadership in facility management
