Responsibilities
The Supervisor, Access Center-Practice Services will be responsible for overseeing a team within the Norton Healthcare Access Center and will provide oversight of department functions including: scheduling of patient appointments, communicating patient requests through the electronic medical system, conferencing patient inquiries to the provider and handling of general patient inquiries. This role will work closely with the Norton Medical Group provider office staff and Access Center leadership to develop and maintain relationships and ensuring timely and accurate processing of patients/consumers accessing Norton Healthcare services.
Qualifications
Required:
- Three years in a healthcare central business office, customer service or call/contact center environment
Desired:
- One year team lead or supervisory experience.
- Associate Degree
