Position Overview:
We are seeking someone who is polished and personable, enjoys interacting with customers and can confidently communicate our brand story & features. Candidates should be passionate about strong customer service and appreciate luxury fashion.
Hours: Candidate should have flexible availability. Position is part time but will require additional hours during core winter / holiday season.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with entire shopping experience - ranging from initial welcome, through product assistance, culminating in checkout process
- Provide a luxury experience to customers and contribute to an overall luxury store atmosphere
- Keep the store / showroom clean & organized at all times
- Support e-commerce & remotes sales through strong phone customer service and overseeing packing up of online orders
- Assist with inventory management and coordinating with corporate on inventory matters
Qualifications:
- 1 year of retail, showroom, or client-facing experience (luxury or apparel preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Interest in fashion, design, or performance outerwear is a plus
- Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic tech tools
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holiday periods
Compensation:
$22/hour very competitive commission
