What are the responsibilities and job description for the Froster position at Nothing Bundt Cakes #137?
The Nothing Bundt Cakes, Froster ensures that cakes of the highest quality are consistently created for our guests.
Accountabilities / Duties :
- Follows NbC frosting recipe, and prioritizing cake orders in time and day order.
- Ensures a supply of frosted cakes are available for guests in the bakery display case and maintains appropriate frosting and frosted cake par levels.
- Clean, sanitize and restock workstation during shift.
- Complies with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures
- Maintains a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Can understand written and verbal directions, interpret instructions such as recipes, order tickets, operating procedures, and health and safety rules.
- Has the ability to perform repetitious tasks that require continuous movement of arms, wrists, hands, and fingers.
- Has the physical capacity to lift items of moderate weight (as much as 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time.
- Working on a tight, fast-paced production schedule.
- Is diligent, organized and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize workload and operate independently with minimal supervision.
