Job Description:
The baker will be trained to bake all cakes according to Nothing Bundt Cakes proprietary recipes using NbC methods and food safety standards.
Requirements:
• Possess a strong sense of teamwork.
• Ability to follow instructions

• Has the ability to work well under pressure.
• Has strong physical stamina.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must be able to perform strenuous repetitive work with their hands.

• Ability to pay special attention to detail.
• Genuine care for others needs.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
• Has good organizational skills
• Follow the NBC Uniform requirements.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Uphold NBC's image and brand standards and abide by all policies and procedures
• Follows NbC proprietary recipes and methods with precision to bake all sizes and flavors of cake
• Cleans, sanitizes and restocks workstation, and washes any equipment if necessary
