Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and provide high-quality nursing care and services to our guests.
- Supervise and guide LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members in providing exceptional guest care.
- Administer safe and accurate medication-related interventions to ensure guest well-being.
- Assess guest health status, notify physicians of changes, and promptly implement new orders.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on comprehensive assessments.
- Contribute to guest assessments and develop plans of care that promote optimal health outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in long-term care settings preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
- CPR certification required.
