What are the responsibilities and job description for the Calibration Administraitor position at Nova Biomedical Corporation?
Nova Biomedical is hiring a Calibration Administrator. The Calibration Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the calibration database for all equipment and approving POs for calibration services performed. As part of the calibration duties the administrator will perform the following functions:
- Print and distribute calibration due listing, overdue and work orders.
- Enter new and edited procedures into the calibration database.
- Ability to interact with calibration vendors on equipment pick-up and delivery as well as review pricing with vendors.
- Assist engineering and R&D when required, with purchasing equipment and the use of outside sources to help in the purchasing or day to day use of equipment.
- Will set up vendor seminars when required.
- As part of Incoming Inspection, will perform MRB inventory and maintain database.
- Control product and personnel access to and from MRB.
- Maintain all associated documentation such as parts tracking spreadsheet
- Debit memo transfer and MRB logs. Update SAP and excel spreadsheets.
Requirements: High School Diploma with at least 1-3 years of experience in calibration field. The ideal candidate will have good intermediate computer skills, good communication skills, both verbal and written. SAP Experience is a plus.
