- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate Degree, preferred. Bachelors in Psychology, Education, Mathematics the Social Sciences, or the Biological Sciences; Masters in Psychology, Counseling, or Educational Measurements. Graduate Degree, preferred.
- Experience: Six months of on-the-job training may be required before the technician becomes indenpendent. As a result of this on-the-job training, substantial independent study will be required.
