- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) program
- Current PA or NP license in South Carolina
- Certification as a Physician Assistant (NCCPA) or Nurse Practitioner (ANCC/AANP)
- Current DEA and South Carolina controlled substance registration
- Ability to work collaboratively clinic setting
