💼 Traveling Healthcare Construction Superintendent

📍 Location: Nashville, TN area (traveling/field-based across multiple project sites)

💰 Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 base performance-based incentives

💪 Experience: 5 years as a superintendent on commercial or healthcare construction projects

About the Role

Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout! You’ll oversee schedules, budgets, quality, and safety while coordinating subcontractors and ensuring compliance with infection control standards. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives managing field operations across multiple sites.

Your work will include mobilizing/demobilizing crews, supervising daily construction activities, conducting safety and quality inspections, coordinating with project managers, facility staff, subcontractors, architects, and engineers, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing healthcare or commercial construction projects
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, infection control (ICRA), and OSHA standards
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Comfortable reading blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Hands-on field experience in supervising subcontractors, quality inspections, and scheduling
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and practical — able to drive results in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred: OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR certification, commissioning experience
