Career Overview:
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will oversee a caseload of 15-17 clients with 37.5 hours of work per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized behavior analytic treatment plans based on assessments and data analysis.
- Collaborate with and train RBTs, caregivers, and other therapeutic team members to implement behavior analytic strategies.
- Provide ongoing training and direct supervision to team members.
- Directly supervise RBTs who deliver ABA services to clients.
- Analyze progress data and modify treatment plans as needed.
Team Management:
The BCBA will manage the child's ABA Team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure effective treatment delivery.
Treatment Approach:
The ideal candidate will have experience in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other behavioral and social/communication challenges.
Education Requirements:
A master's or doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field is required. Certification as a BCBA is also necessary.
