Vice President Operations

This position is for the Vice President of Operation in NovumHealth’s Nevada market and plays a vital leadership role in ensuring the effective and efficient functioning of the operational infrastructure of our behavioral health organization. This strategic executive will work directly with the Nevada Market President to oversee critical operations while also playing a key role in strategic partnerships, business development, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of healthcare administration and demonstrate strong operational acumen, leadership, and collaboration skills. They will be responsible for driving organizational excellence by optimizing systems, improving processes, building relationships internally and externally, and contributing to the company’s long-term strategic goals.

• Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans that support business growth and market expansion initiatives set by executive leadership.
• Build and sustain operational partnerships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, health plans and regulatory agencies, to ensure seamless execution and compliance.
• Continuously assess market dynamics and operational performance to identify efficiency gains, mitigate risks, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture by leading cross-functional collaboration across clinical operations, administrative operations, and executive leadership to ensure alignment with NovumHealths strategy and client expectations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Key stakeholders, including clients, partners and regulatory bodies through the facilitation of meetings with various health plans
• Ensure operational compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, maintaining a strong governance framework.
• Support revenue growth initiatives by optimizing operational processes that enhance provider network support through recruitment, retention, and market adequacy.
• Assist with operational budgeting and forecasting, ensuring cost control, resource optimization, and alignment with financial targets.
• Deliver regular performance updates and insights to executive leadership, highlighting key metrics, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities.

• Financial acumen and experience with budget management, financial reporting, and cost-efficiency strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
• High-level interpersonal skills to build partnerships, resolve conflict, and foster collaboration.
