Job Summary :
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the nursing staff and providing compassionate care to our patients. Working under the supervision of licensed nurses, you will be responsible for assisting patients with their activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and reporting any changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist patients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Help patients with mobility, including transferring and ambulating
- Provide basic nursing care, such as changing linens and delivering meal trays
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff to ensure the best possible care for patients
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
Minimum Requirements :
Compensation and Benefits :
Company offers a competitive salary range to new hires of up to $21.00 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement planning. Wage increases are available based on performance, after hire.
