What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admnistrative Assistant position at NR Consulting LLC?
Pay: $19.50/hr
Summary:
- Provide assistance to all visitors for the Department
- Answer main dept. phone, transfer calls, take messages, check and respond to the department's helpdesk email system
- Create, track, assign and close-out electronic work orders
- Processing of parking garage validations for visitors at location.
- Order, review, modify and process all office supplies & material orders for the sites
- Receive and process all cartridge toner orders for the site, the and Highway Districts
- Receive and process envelopes, copy paper and special orders for sites and Highway Districts
- Delivery of copy paper, paper cups and miscellaneous supplies at site as needed
- Order and prepare PPE supplies from site to be shipped out via courier
- Assist with resetting modular lockers and adjustable tables at site as needed
- Assist with mailroom operations as needed
- Assist with motor pool reservations as needed
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
