POSITION SUMMARY Under the direction of the Vice President of Finance, the Investment Analyst manages the financial aspects of real estate properties as they progress through the development and underwriting phase through the selection of financing and the closing of the project financing. Location: This will be a hybrid role with flexibility to work from our Cleveland corporate office and remotely.
