Visit www.NRPGroup.com for more information. The NRP Group is currently seeking an Investment Analyst to join our Capital Markets team in Cleveland, OH! POSITION SUMMARY Under the direction of the Vice President of Finance, the Investment Analyst manages the financial aspects of real estate properties as they progress through the development and underwriting phase through the selection of financing and the closing of the project financing. Location: This will be a hybrid role with flexibility to work from our Cleveland corporate office and remotely. Essential Functions Statement(s): Learn detailed aspects of luxury multifamily finance and affordable multifamily finance Initial screening and structuring for financial feasibility of prospective projects Evaluate divergent financial structures for appropriateness and profit maximization Prepare underwriting packages for prospective projects for presentation to Investment and Executive Committees Serve as a liaison with developers, equity partners, third party owners and lenders Manage the project pro forma model from inception through closing Assist in the closing of initial debt and equity financing SKILLS & ABILITIES Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required Experience: 0-3 years in Real Estate internships or experience preferred Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel #LI-Hybrid The NRP Group is committed to a policy of assuring that all employees and applicants for employment are recruited, hired, assigned, placed, transferred, demoted, laid off, terminated, paid, trained, and generally treated during employment on the basis of qualifications and merit; without discrimination due to color, race, religion, sex (including pregnancy or marital status), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, national origin, ancestry, veteran status, military status, disability, genetic information, citizenship, or any other classification or activity protected by federal, state, and local law and ordinances.
