Qualifications
- 4 years as a Project Manager working for a GC
- Commercial, Medical / Healthcare project experience
- Strong knowledge of Procore & Various other software's such as Microsoft Project
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of the building process and industry as a whole
- Extensive experience with subcontractor management
- Ability to meet deadlines and proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Proven success managing ground-up, interior build-out, or multi-phase commercial projects
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- The Projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to design specifications while maintaining strong communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Lead all aspects of project planning, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants during pre-construction
- Financial & Budget Management
- Manage costs and control expenses through the project lifecycle
- Approve and track invoices, purchase orders, change orders, and subcontractor payments
Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
