(Part Time) Strength Coach - North Canton, OH

WHO IS NST SPORTS PERFORMANCE?:

• NST (Nervous System Training) Sports Performance was founded in 2011. NST started with a focus on large group team training enhancing Speed, Strength, Power, and Injury Prevention. Our team training success led to opening our first facility in North Canton, OH in 2014. Here in 2024 we now have 5 facilities located in North Canton OH, Strongsville OH, Austintown OH, Twinsburg OH, New Philidelphia, OH. NST has worked with 100 High Schools in 5 states OH, PA and WV. Last year alone over 3,000 athletes and 70 High Schools. Every year NST has doubled and our goal is to continue that trend with highly motivated coaches to assist us in our mission.

POSITION AVAILABLE:

• (Part-Time) Strength & Conditioning Coach

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and administer strength, power, speed, agility, movement, and recovery
• Implement Strength & Conditioning programs for all athletes, all ages, and all sports
• Assist in day to day task including but not limited to administration
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with colleagues, sports coaches, and athletes
• Train Teams (large group), Facility (small group) and Facility (personal training)
• Track and report results
• Day to day facets of training and upkeep of facilities
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Ability to lift, move, push and pull equipment
• Ability to demonstrate athletic drills
• Ability to work hours that include nights, and weekends
• Hours (Fall & Spring) = 1:00PM-10:00 PM. (Summer) = 6AM-9:30 PM

• (Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach) CSCS or related certification
• CPR / FIRST AID certified
• BCI / FBI background check
