NTA, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Administrator with a minimum of three years of experience. The Contracts Administrator will work closely with the Contracts Manager, Program Control Analysts, Subcontracts Administrator, and Program Managers to facilitate the administration of multiple contracts. Duties include reviewing and implementing contract modifications; advising programs of contractual requirements, including interpretation of contract terms and conditions; monitoring and tracking funding, payments, and contract deliverables; reviewing and analyzing customer Request for Proposals (RFP); drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Data Rights Assertions, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Teaming Agreements (TA) and other agreements.

Education and Experience: :
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Contracts Management or Business-related field
- 3 years of related experience
- Relevant federal government contract/subcontract administration experience.
- Basic understanding of the requirements of applicable government regulations, including the FAR and DFARS.
- Basic understanding of all contract types to include T&M, FFP and CPFF.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to interpret and understand contractual terms and conditions.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Highly organized with a focus on attention to details.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
Desired::
- Experience with Costpoint
- Experience with full life cycle management of contracts.
- Experience in ITAR Export Licensing
- Demonstrated experience in project management
