Seeking a candidate with a flexible mindset to support a varied customer base that has technical interest in products that could use NTN Bearings.
Major Responsibilities
- BSME or similar 4-year technical undergraduate degree in a related field.
- 4 years of experience in Industrial sales to OEMs.
- Large OEM program/project management experience.
- Self-starter, with a desire to contribute to the team expediently.
- Must have excellent time management skills to work from a home office.
- Flexibility to travel up to 40% of the time.

Major Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multiple contacts at major OEM accounts within the area of responsibility.
- Develop new OEM customer bearing specifications to assure NTN is preferred supplier.
- Drive new and ongoing development projects that will lead to profitable growth.
- Understand the factors that drive the business and accurately forecast order levels.
- Meet or exceed business target plans.
- Communicate effectively, both internally and externally - in person or via video collaboration tools.
