Grade 3 Job Description

• Understand, Gathering and Prepare the requirements for Business.
• Works under supervision with internal and external teams to understand customer requirements

• Collaborate with Automation Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Analysts and Business Intelligence Analyst to execute deliverables.

• In these roles you will be responsible for:
• Analyzes data, formulates conclusions and provides summary analysis for leadership
• Monitors trends and elevates issues due to data variances
• Engages end user to determine information requirements
• Interfaces with customers to set expectations regarding report availability and SLAs
• Monitors report and data availabilities and proactively communicates with customers on delayed reports/data sets
• Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions
• Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment on business matters
• Implements work plans and schedules as assigned - Designs, drives and implements reporting to support the business

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $18.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
