- Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Develop process maps and flowcharts to visualize current and future states.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Utilize data analytics tools to generate reports and dashboards.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with IT and other departments to develop and implement solutions that address business needs. Create detailed specifications, use cases, and user stories to guide development efforts.
- Project Management: Assist Project Manager in project planning, coordination, and execution. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates, gather feedback, and manage expectations.
- Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure that solutions meet business requirements. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user manuals. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems. Address any issues or concerns and provide ongoing assistance as needed.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
