The receptionist is responsible for ensuring efficient scheduling, excellent customer service, and smooth coordination within the company. The desired result is a well-organized front desk that enhances customer relations and customer experience.
Work Duties
◦ Scheduling: Manage appointment bookings, handle walk-in inquiries, and maintain an organized schedule for service techs.
◦ Customer Assistance: Greet customers, answer phone calls, and provide information
◦ about services/products.
◦ Service Tech Support: Assist service techs with scheduling, order processing, and any administrative needs.
◦ Order Management: Order products and supplies as needed for the service department.
◦ Organization: Keep the reception area tidy, manage paperwork, and ensure efficient flow of information.
Standards:
◦ Customer Service Excellence: Provide friendly, professional, and prompt assistance to all visitors and callers.
◦ Organization and Efficiency: Maintain an orderly schedule, handle inquiries efficiently, and keep records up-to-date.
◦ Team Collaboration: Work closely with service techs to support their scheduling needs and order requirements.
