We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Solutions Architect for a Full-Time position.
Summary:
The Solutions Architect is a client-facing role. It supports the business development team by interpreting and translating client requirements into a solution based on our standard service offerings and resources. The Senior Solution Architect has a demonstrated track record, produces, and presents compelling solutions by fully understanding the client's request as stated in the RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs. The Solution Architect owns and leads the effort and is the primary point of contact for the solutions team.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Work closely with Business Development team and Information Technology professionals within the customer projects to identify opportunities to employ advanced technologies to include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data, and Analytics.
- Analyze current technologies used within customers architecture and determine feasibility to utilize advanced technologies
- Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates
- Propose and establish frameworks to support the development of solutions in response to customer Requests for Information, Requests for Proposals, and Quotation.
- Review, edit, and provide constructive feedback to staff preparing customer responses.
- Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources, and scope
- Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor the progress of initiatives
- Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions
- Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Understanding of deploying a cloud-based solution in support of Big Data, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning
- Understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence Operations (AIOPS)
- Experience developing and deploying cloud-based backup solutions and data archiving.
- Strong understanding regarding system security measures
- Strong written and verbal communications, experience presenting complex solutions and development of white papers
- Positive outlook in meeting challenges and working to a high level
- Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
- Extensive knowledge and experience working with operating systems
