Team Member (Catering & Events Service Team) Summary: We are looking for experienced catering and events Service Staff to be responsible for operations required for each event. The ideal candidate will possess catering and events background skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our guests’ satisfaction.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
Demonstrated 1-2 years’ restaurant serving/bartending experience.
Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn both typical POS and hand held POS devices.
Available for Training prior to going on the floor.
Participate in dining room setting: décor, condiments, service plates, etc.
Protect establishment and Guests by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
Reliable transportation required.
Must have strong people skills.
Outstanding verbal communication and organizational skills.
Accuracy and speed in executing tasks.
Ability to work on your feet for 8 or more hours a day.
Flexibility with schedule a plus.
Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds at a time on a regular basis.
Night and weekend availability mandatory.
