JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision of the Director of Platform Computing, assists senior Data Center personnel in analyzing work flows and procedures and recommends changes where applicable.
Prepares reports and logs detailing shift activity.
Detects and troubleshoots network, computer and peripheral equipment malfunctions, taking corrective actions or escalating problems as required.
Executes service requests, responds to incidents and assists in meeting service level agreements related to Platform Computing operation.
Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED DEGREE
Possession of a High School Diploma or General Education Development (G.E.D.) certificate
Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate's Degree
