Job Description

Temporary Clerical Staff - This individual must possess a high school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of data processing experience as well as experience interacting with the public. This position requires, but is not limited to, knowledge of office terminology, procedures, equipment, database management and automated office systems, MS Excel and Word applications, and skills in maintaining documents, spreadsheets, and logs. Additionally, this individual must have excellent customer service skills, communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and have good organizational and planning skills while working independently.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of office terminology, procedures, equipment, database management and automated office systems.
  • MS Excel and Word applications, and
  • Skills in maintaining documents, spreadsheets, and logs.
