What are the responsibilities and job description for the License/Associate License Clinicians position at NuMe Counseling & Consulting LLC?
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy using trauma-informed and evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, TF-CBT, Play Therapy).
- Complete Comprehensive Clinical Assessments (CCAs) and treatment plans within required timelines.
- Develop measurable treatment goals and interventions in collaboration with clients and caregivers.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with NC Medicaid and agency standards.
- Participate in monthly treatment team meetings and regular clinical supervision.
- Collaborate with schools, medical providers, social services, and other community supports to ensure continuity of care.
- Uphold ethical and professional standards of care while maintaining client confidentiality.
