Position : Office Administrator

Job Duties :
- Front line of the office, answering the phone, door, and addressing student issues as they arise.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of BWWS community, fundraising, and curricular events and festivals.
- Managing vendors, such as school and janitorial supplies.
- Providing additional adult supervision during recess.
- Proactively bringing concerns that impact the well-being of the school, including safety, viability, and professionalism to the College of Teachers, Board of Trustees, and / or Staff as applicable and appropriate to advance solutions.
Required Experience :
2 years of relevant work, volunteer or lived experience.

Location : On campus at Bright Water Waldorf School, 1414 S Weller Street, Seattle, WA 98144. (Located within the Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Washington)
Hours : This is an hourly position, 20 hours / week, 10 am-2 pm.
Compensation : Starting at $23.47 depending on experience, salary scale for transparency.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements : Able to manage 50 pounds - lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping and squatting. (Moving boxes, etc.)
