We are seeking a highly skilled TIBCO Architect with deep integration experience and hands-on knowledge of PTC Windchill PLM. The ideal candidate will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions involving TIBCO middleware and Windchill PLM, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture and integration of enterprise systems using TIBCO (BW5/BW6, EMS, FTL, Business Events, etc.) with Windchill PLM.
Design, develop, and optimize integration workflows between PLM, ERP, MES, and other enterprise applications.
Collaborate with PLM and IT teams to understand system requirements and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
Provide architectural guidance, best practices, and hands-on expertise on TIBCO ESB, API management, and message-oriented middleware.
Develop integration strategies and reusable frameworks that support business agility and system flexibility.
Ensure system reliability, availability, and maintainability through appropriate architectural and monitoring strategies.
Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of TIBCO interfaces.
Maintain documentation of technical solutions and architecture decisions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
8 years of experience in enterprise application integration with at least 5 years working with TIBCO tools.
Strong expertise in TIBCO products such as Business Works, EMS, Hawk, BE, FTL, and TIBCO Cloud Integration.
Proven experience integrating with PTC Windchill PLM (ideally via Windchill REST/Web Services, Info*Engine, or ESI).
Deep understanding of SOA, ESB, API-driven architecture, and message queuing systems.
Experience with PLM-ERP integration patterns and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD for TIBCO environments is a plus.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Windchill ESI (Enterprise Systems Integration).
Knowledge of ThingWorx, PTC Navigate, or other PTC ecosystem tools.
Cloud experience (AWS, Azure) related to TIBCO deployments.
TIBCO certifications and/or PTC Windchill training.
