Position Overview:
We are currently looking for compassionate and motivated Registered Nurses (RNs) for the Pediatrics Unit in Federal Way, WA, to support a well-established hospital in Seattle, WA. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about caring for children and providing high-quality, family-centered care.
In this position, you’ll collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team to ensure children and their families receive safe, attentive, and high-quality care at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, age-appropriate nursing care to pediatric patients
- Perform assessments and develop/implement/evaluate individualized care plans
- Work closely with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient conditions and treatments
- Educate patients and families with empathy and clear communication
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school
- Active Washington RN license or Compact License (or eligible before start date)
- Current BLS (AHA)
- Current PALS (AHA)
- At least 1 year of hands-on Pediatric RN experience (excluding clinical rotations/residency)
