Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Perform medication administration as assigned by and under the supervision of a nurse.
Inform clinical supervisor of changes in client’s conditions.
Document care given, observations and treatments.
Comply with policies and procedures of facility.
Ensure that facility and client’s equipment, supplies and belongings are safeguarded.
Taking and recording BP, temperature, pulse and respiration.
Maintaining clean and safe environment for clients.
Ensure and protect clients’ rights and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Certified CMT in Texas
- 1 year of experience as a CMT within the last 3 years
- Current CPR
- Access to reliable transportation
